Inside Sales Executive

Build and qualify pipeline — capturing inbound demand and generating net-new opportunities — to feed the field sales team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive, respond to, and qualify inbound leads from the website and other channels (need, budget, timeline, decision-maker).
• Run outbound prospecting — cold calls, email sequences, and LinkedIn outreach — to generate net-new opportunities.
• Nurture and follow up on leads that are not yet ready, and re-engage cold or lapsed leads.
• Hand over sales-ready opportunities to field sales against an agreed qualification checklist; recycle disqualified leads back into nurture.
• Support proposal work by providing commercial and qualification input to the RFP process.
• Keep the CRM accurate and up to date; report on pipeline and activity.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• 2–5 years in inside sales, business development, or lead generation, ideally B2B / IT services.
• Confident on the phone and in written outreach; resilient with outbound prospecting.
• Structured and disciplined with follow-up and CRM hygiene.
• Comfortable with a CRM and email-outreach tools (e.g. HubSpot)
• Coachable, target-oriented, and a strong communicator.

HOW SUCCESS IS MEASURED

• Number and quality of qualified opportunities handed to field sales (not revenue).
• Conversion rate of handed-over leads, to keep quality high alongside volume.
