Role Overview

We are looking for a Category Executive – Retail to support and manage retail operations, inventory, merchandising, stock optimization, and manpower management in a fast-paced, high-footfall environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day retail operations and inventory management.
• Ensure the availability of retail merchandise across all counters without shortfall.
• Monitor stock flow and replenishment and support effective inventory control.
• Track slow-moving and seasonal apparel items and support stock optimization.
• Analyze past sales trends to anticipate future product requirements.
• Prepare day-wise and month-wise product forecasts based on sales trends.
• Coordinate effectively with contractors and vendors to ensure smooth retail operations.
• Support visual merchandising activities and maintain appropriate stock presentation.
• Manage duty allocation and manpower to ensure smooth operations.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-footfall retail environment.

Candidate Profile

• 2–3 years of experience in retail operations or inventory management.
• Experience in apparel or fashion retail will be preferred.
• Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Good understanding of visual merchandising, stock flow, replenishment, and inventory management.
• Strong coordination and manpower management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
