Key Responsibilities

• Handle purchasing and procurement of materials and supplies as per requirement.
• Carry out receiving and quality checking of incoming goods.
• Oversee store management and maintain accurate inventory control.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth issuance of materials.
• Manage vendor relationships, including sourcing, negotiation, and delivery follow-up.
• Maintain proper documentation for all store and purchase transactions.
• Coordinate with the finance department on billing, payments, and reconciliation.
