We are looking for an experienced Program Manager who can oversee complex initiatives, establish strong project governance standards, and ensure seamless execution across multiple workstreams. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and project delivery expertise.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Governance & Process Excellence

• Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, ensuring adherence to defined processes, quality standards, and performance benchmarks.
• Monitor project health, track progress against success metrics, and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and project outcomes.
• Develop, standardize, and maintain project management templates, documentation, and best practices.

2. End-to-End Program & Project Delivery

• Lead projects through the complete lifecycle, from planning and initiation to implementation, deployment, and optimization.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality and timely project execution.
• Manage project schedules, resource allocation, dependencies, and deliverables to achieve defined milestones.
• Ensure alignment between project objectives, business priorities, and organizational goals.

3. Stakeholder Management & Collaboration

• Serve as the primary point of coordination during project execution, ensuring effective communication and alignment among stakeholders.
• Build strong working relationships across teams and departments to facilitate successful delivery.
• Manage expectations, provide regular updates, and ensure smooth collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive decision-making and resolution of project challenges through effective stakeholder engagement.

4. Budget Management, Reporting & Governance

• Track project budgets, monitor expenditures, and effectively manage scope changes.
• Prepare and present accurate project status reports, risk assessments, and performance updates to leadership teams.
• Maintain detailed, organized, and up-to-date project documentation.
• Ensure transparency and consistency in project reporting and governance practices.

Required Experience & Expertise

• Proven experience managing multiple digital or technology-focused projects simultaneously from initiation through delivery.
• Strong understanding of SaaS-based solutions and the product development lifecycle.
• Experience in establishing and maintaining project management standards, governance frameworks, and operational processes.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as JIRA and industry-standard delivery methodologies.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments while managing competing priorities.

Educational & Professional Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Industry certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent are advantageous.
• 13-18 years of experience in Program Management, Product Management, or related leadership roles.
• Demonstrated expertise in project delivery, stakeholder management, and strategic execution.
• Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
