BIM Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings and documentation using Revit, ensuring compliance with U.S. standards.
• Review client inputs and understand project scope to plan and execute work efficiently.
• Develop and modify custom Revit families as per project requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to meet project timelines and quality expectations.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy, clarity, and attention to detail in all deliverables.
• Apply BIM best practices to improve workflow efficiency and project outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in architectural design and Building Information Modeling (BIM).
• Strong proficiency in Revit is mandatory.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and other related software is an added advantage.
• Good understanding of architectural drafting standards and construction documentation.
• Prior exposure to American architectural standards is highly preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines consistently.
