Hiring | Assistant / Deputy Manager – Finance & Accounts | Real Estate

We are hiring for 5 positions with a leading real estate organization in Bangalore.

Role: Assistant / Deputy Manager – Finance & Accounts

Experience: 4–8 years

Location: Bangalore

CTC: Up to ₹15 LPA

Openings: 5

Notice Period: Flexible, shorter notice preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Manage month-end book closure and financial accounting activities

• Prepare standalone and consolidated financial statements

• Pass and review Ind-AS journal entries

• Manage audit schedules, workpapers and supporting documentation

• Coordinate with Statutory and Internal Auditors, including Big 4 and reputed audit firms

• Ensure accurate accounting across multiple entities / SPVs

• Support financial reporting, reconciliations and compliance requirements

What We’re Looking For

• 4–8 years of post-qualification experience in financial accounting

• CA Inter / Semi-Qualified CA / MBA Finance / M.Com / B.Com

• Strong hands-on experience in month-end closure and financial reporting

• Good understanding of Ind-AS

• SAP and Advanced Excel are mandatory

• Experience in directly handling audit requirements and coordinating with auditors

• Strong accounting fundamentals and attention to detail

• Stable career history with reasonable tenure in previous organizations

Preferred Background

Candidates from prominent Pan-India real estate developers, construction, infrastructure or large multi-entity organizations will be preferred.

Target organizations may include DLF, Godrej Properties, Prestige Group, Lodha, Sobha, Brigade Group, Puravankara, Phoenix Mills, Oberoi Realty, Aditya Birla Real Estate, Mahindra Lifespaces, Embassy Group, K Raheja Corp, Shapoorji Pallonji, Tata Realty, L&T, Tata Projects and other leading real estate and infrastructure organizations.

Candidates from large conglomerates, shared-service environments or reputed CA firms handling multi-entity / SPV accounting will also be considered.

Important: Articleship and internships will not be considered as work experience.
