About the Role

We’re looking for a camera-friendly, content-first Social Media Creator to manage one of Amber’s key social media IPs.
This is not a traditional digital marketing role. We’re looking for someone who can be the face of the content, understand what works on Instagram and TikTok, create engaging content, and turn audience insights into a clear content strategy.
Location: Pune | 5 days Work From Office
Experience: 6 months - 1 year

What You'll Do

Create Content & Be Camera-Ready
  • Be comfortable appearing on camera and creating short-form video content.
  • Ideate, script, shoot and coordinate content for Instagram and TikTok.
  • Develop content that feels native to the platform rather than like traditional brand advertising.
  • Identify trends, formats and cultural moments that can be creatively adapted for Amber's audience.
  • Experiment with different hooks, formats and storytelling styles to improve engagement.
Own Instagram & TikTok Content Strategy
  • Understand how Instagram and TikTok algorithms and content formats work.
  • Build and execute a content calendar and roadmap based on audience insights and performance.
  • Track content performance and use insights to continuously improve the strategy.
  • Analyse competitor, creator and category content to identify opportunities and new formats.


Reporting & Performance
  • Track key content metrics including reach, views, engagement, watch time and follower growth.
  • Create regular performance reports and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Maintain content trackers, calendars and documentation.
Stakeholder Management
  • Coordinate with internal teams, creators and other stakeholders to execute content smoothly.
  • Manage briefs, timelines, approvals and feedback.
  • Ensure stakeholders are aligned on content objectives, timelines and deliverables.

What We're Looking For

  • 6 months–1 year of hands-on social media/content creation experience.
  • Comfortable and confident being on camera and creating short-form video content.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok content, formats and algorithms.
  • Ability to ideate and execute engaging, original content.
  • Strong understanding of social media insights and performance metrics.
  • Ability to turn data and audience behaviour into content decisions.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organised and comfortable managing content calendars, trackers and reports.
  • Strong understanding of trends, internet culture and creator ecosystems.
  • A disruptive mindset—you don't follow trends simply because everyone else is doing them.

You’ll Have an Edge If

  • You have previously been the face/creator of a social media account or content series.
  • You have experience creating Reels, TikToks, short-form videos or UGC.
  • You understand student, Gen Z and flatmate culture, particularly in the UK.
  • You have managed or contributed to a social media page with measurable results.
  • You have a portfolio, Instagram/TikTok account or examples of content you have created.
  • You can demonstrate how your content contributed to views, engagement, reach or follower growth.
