Role Description The Sales Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based at Assure Clinic in Mumbai. This role involves engaging with prospective and existing clients, understanding their hair and skin care needs, and presenting suitable treatment options and service packages. The Sales Consultant will conduct consultations alongside clinical staff, explain treatment plans, address questions and concerns, and support clients through the decision-making process. Daily responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound inquiries, maintaining accurate records in the clinic’s CRM or booking systems, and following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat visits. The role also includes collaborating closely with the medical and operations teams, meeting sales targets, supporting promotional campaigns, and contributing to a high-quality, welcoming client experience.
Qualifications

• Strong Sales Consulting skills with experience in converting inquiries into confirmed appointments or service packages.
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills focused on building trust, maintaining relationships, and ensuring a positive client experience.
• Excellent Communication and Consulting abilities to explain treatment options clearly, handle objections, and guide clients in making informed decisions.
• Prior experience in health, wellness, cosmetics, or clinic-based sales is highly beneficial.
• Comfort working in a target-driven environment, with basic proficiency in CRM or appointment management tools.
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, maintain professional appearance, and collaborate effectively with medical and support staff.
• Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
• Fluency in English and local languages commonly used in Mumbai is preferred.
