3RI Technologies, Pune is expanding its Admissions Team for Online Graduation & Post-Graduation Programs.

We are looking for energetic, target-oriented professionals who understand student counselling, inside sales and admission conversions.

📌 Open Positions

• Team Leader – Admissions: 1 Position

• Admission Counsellors: 3–5 Positions

📍 Location: Pimple Saudagar, Pune

🏢 Work Mode: Work from Office

🎯 Admission Counsellor – Key Responsibilities

• Handle qualified leads provided by the company

• Counsel students regarding Graduation & Post-Graduation programs

• Understand candidate requirements and recommend suitable programs

• Follow up consistently through calls and WhatsApp

• Manage the complete admission journey from enquiry to payment

• Maintain accurate lead and follow-up updates in CRM

• Achieve individual monthly admission targets

👥 Team Leader – Additional Responsibilities

• Manage and guide the Admission Counsellor team

• Allocate leads and monitor lead utilization

• Conduct daily pipeline and follow-up reviews

• Track counsellor productivity and conversion ratios

• Coach the team on counselling, objection handling and closures

• Take ownership of monthly team admission targets

🔎 Who Should Apply?

Candidates with experience in:

Education Sales | EdTech | Admission Counselling | Inside Sales | BFSI | Telecom Sales | Tele-Sales

Prior experience in target-based sales and lead conversion will be preferred.
