Role Description
The Account Executive is a full-time, hybrid role responsible for managing and growing client relationships across a portfolio of high-stakes advisory engagements. In this role, the Account Executive collaborates with senior practitioners to understand client objectives, coordinate project deliverables, and ensure timely, high-quality execution. Daily responsibilities include participating in client calls, preparing briefing materials, tracking action items, and overseeing the implementation of communication and stakeholder engagement plans. The Account Executive will also support new business development by identifying opportunities, contributing to proposals, and assisting with presentations. This role requires proactive communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, distributed team environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in account management, client service, or consulting, with the ability to build trusted relationships and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Background in communications, public affairs, investor relations, or related fields, including strong writing, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Skills in project coordination and organization, such as managing timelines, tracking deliverables, and prioritizing tasks in complex engagements.
- Comfort working with AI-driven tools, data dashboards, and digital collaboration platforms, with willingness to learn new technologies.
- Understanding of business, financial markets, or regulatory environments, especially in contexts such as IPOs, transactions, or corporate reputation management.
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, business, public policy, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, demonstrating sound judgment, attention to detail, and strong follow-through.
- Prior experience in professional services, advisory firms, or high-stakes corporate environments is beneficial.
