Area Regional Manager

We are looking for an experienced Area Regional Manager to manage and drive the performance of multiple jewellery showrooms across the assigned territory.

Experience: 8+ years

Qualification: Graduate / Any Degree

Industry: Retail Jewellery only

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage sales performance and business targets across multiple stores.
• Lead and guide Store Managers and sales teams to achieve individual and store targets.
• Analyse store performance and identify opportunities to improve productivity and sales.
• Drive customer experience, selling standards and overall store performance.
• Monitor stock, inventory, stock audits and operational processes.
• Ensure adherence to store standards, visual merchandising and shop-floor discipline.
• Coach and develop sales teams through regular performance reviews and training.
• Track market trends, customer preferences and competitive activity.
• Share regular MIS and business insights with Management.
• Work closely with Retail Operations, HR, Training and Product teams.

Candidate Profile:

• 8+ years of experience in Retail Jewellery.
• Strong experience in managing multiple jewellery showrooms / stores.
• Proven experience in sales and team management.
• Strong analytical and business planning skills.
• Good understanding of jewellery retail operations and inventory management.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Please Note: This position requires candidates with strong Retail Jewellery Multi-Store / Multi-Showroom experience only. Candidates from B2B, wholesale, manufacturing or other industries will not be considered.
