Role Description

- Onsite job role at Jaipur to Teach and mentor students on Design Process, Design Thinking & Methodology.

- Develop curriculum, lesson plans, and studio projects focused on user-centric design

- Conduct workshops on ideation, prototyping, user research, and concept development

- Guide students on portfolio development, design projects, and thesis

- Integrate contemporary design tools, trends, and industry practices into teaching

- Stay updated with evolving design processes and research

Qualifications

- Bachelor's / Master's in Design, Product Design, Industrial Design, or related field.

- Minimum 7-8 years of experience - combination of Industry + Academic experience preferred

- Strong command over Design Thinking, Double Diamond Process, User Research, and Prototyping

- Proficiency in design tools.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentorship skills

- A strong portfolio showcasing design process and academic projects.
