Role Description As a Graphic Designer at Rare Orchid, you will work on visual concepts and designs for brand identities, marketing campaigns, and digital assets. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating graphics for web and social media, designing logos and brand materials, preparing layouts for print and digital, and ensuring visual consistency across all touchpoints. You will collaborate closely with content, strategy, and marketing teams to translate ideas into effective visual communication. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, requiring regular coordination with internal teams and participation in client-focused creative discussions.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create visually compelling assets for both digital and print.
• Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding to develop consistent, distinctive brand identities.
• Solid understanding of Typography and layout principles for clear and aesthetic communication.
• Experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar software).
• Portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, attention to detail, and a range of design work.
• Ability to work on-site in Chennai, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
