Job Summary

Flex intends to Spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, which we’re calling SpinCo, until the name is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Manager Administration located in Chennai location.

Owns day-to-day administrative operations for SpinCo's India GBS location (Chennai), including facilities management, vendor coordination, employee services, and statutory compliance as an independent entity.

Reports to the Manager, and the role involves,

What a typical day looks like:

• Manage office facilities, security, housekeeping, and workplace safety

• Oversee vendor contracts (facilities, transport, cafeteria, courier) and SLA/budget adherence

• Coordinate employee travel desk, onboarding logistics, and workplace amenities

• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, statutory licenses, and audit requirements

• Own admin/facilities budget and cost optimization

• Partner with HR, IT, and Finance on integrated workplace experience

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

• 8-12 years in administration/facilities management, preferably in GBS/shared services

• Experience with vendor management, statutory compliance, and budgets in an Indian entity context.

• Strong coordination and follow-up skills

• Attention to detail in documentation and compliance tracking

• Good vendor communication and problem-solving ability
