Plant Head Operations: Precision Cooling & Chillers

CLIENT: Market leader in energy efficient Air Comfort and Cooling technology scaling up and transforming operation for a state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in Pune,Maharashtra.

We are seeking an Operations leader proven record of streamlining operations, improving productivity, enforcing systems with a mind set of manufacturing excellence, operations management, Quality,lean manufacturing with reputed HVAC/Cooling/Refrigeration/ Industrial product organizations.

Role Overview

The Plant Head will drive the P&L, consistently increase business turnover YOY by re-organizing business direction and through strategic initiatives & cost control measures.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Leadership & Operational Excellence
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the factory, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets are met.
• Lead and develop site leadership teams to foster a high-performance culture.
• Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Own the P&L, ensuring financial targets are achieved.
• Collaborate with global operations leadership to share best practices and drive harmonization across sites.
• Drive statutory compliance for plant construction, safety approvals, and environmental clearances.
• Lead recruitment of the core plant team in partnership with HR and leadership.
• Ensure adherence to global HVAC manufacturing standards and certification norms.
• Oversee Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and product reliability performance.

DESIRED INCUMBENT PROFILE:

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related engineering discipline.
• MBA/PGDM (Operations/General Management)
• 18+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in HVAC,Chilling,Cooling technology manufacturing.

ANNUAL COMPENSATION: 50LPA
