Primary Skill: Puppet Admin and Ruby scripting

Location: Chennai / Bangalore / Coimbatore / Hyderabad

Shift: 12pm - 9pm & 4pm-1 AM IST (Hybrid)

Operate and maintain Puppet and Chef, keeping configuration-management platforms compliant and available.

• Develop and maintain inner-sourced Puppet modules and shared configuration patterns with versioning and reuse metrics.

• Enforce desired-state configuration and drift remediation across Linux and Windows estates.

• Integrate configuration management with provisioning pipelines and the broader IaC toolchain.

• Deliver brownfield consulting and tooling for legacy modernization with documented runbooks.

• Monitor, resolve incidents, and perform RCA for configuration-management services with knowledge articles.
