What You'll Do:

• Lead end-to-end creative ideation for integrated campaigns across digital, social, and content.
• Craft compelling brand narratives and sharp, impactful copy.
• Build creative strategies that drive engagement and business impact.
• Mentor and inspire a team of copywriters.
• Collaborate with strategy, design, and client teams to bring ideas to life.
• Use platform insights and audience behavior to optimize content performance.
• Lead and contribute to new business pitches, campaign concepts, and presentation decks.
• Drive creative excellence across brands and large-scale integrated campaigns.

What We're Looking For:

• 7-10 years of experience in copywriting/creative roles within agencies.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital-first and integrated campaigns.
• Deep understanding of social media, content trends, and platform nuances.
• Excellent storytelling, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Experience working on large-scale campaigns is a plus.
