We’re a youth experiential agency connecting brands with culture through experiential marketing, brand solutions and live entertainment. From campaigns for Heineken, Kingfisher, Hero MotoCorp, Bingo! and Myntra to live experiences with Amit Trivedi, Sunidhi Chauhan and DIVINE, we bring ideas to life where young audiences gather at college fests across India and festivals like Sunburn, Comic Con and Zomaland.

We’ve worked with brands including Heineken, Kingfisher, Hero MotoCorp, Bingo! and Myntra, and artists like Amit Trivedi, Sunidhi Chauhan and DIVINE.

Recent highlights: Myntra’s 34-city Glamfest Tour and 50 campus activations for Nestlé’s Nescafé and KitKat.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Own creative direction and delivery across campaigns, activations, pitch decks, event collateral, spaces and digital—from first brief to final output.
• Connect Brand Solutions, Production and Design, translating client briefs into strong, executable ideas and challenging work that needs refining.
• Lead, mentor and grow the design team, setting standards through your own work, constructive feedback and a strong creative culture.
• Lead creative pitches and present directly to clients, bringing your creative perspective alongside strategy.

What We’re Looking For

• 7–10 years of relevant creative experience and a strong portfolio.
• Experience leading teams, shaping creative concepts, and delivering across formats.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; motion, 3D, or AI-assisted workflows are a plus.
• Strong interest in youth culture, fashion, music, entertainment, and emerging design trends.
• Experience with events, activations, festivals, or cultural properties is strongly preferred.
