Executive Assistant

We're Hiring | Executive Assistant to the Managing Director

Are you a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to the Managing Director to provide strategic administrative and executive support to the Managing Director.

Location: North India

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the MD's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel, including visas, accommodation, and itineraries.
• Prepare presentations, meeting agendas, minutes of meetings (MoM), and track action items.
• Manage correspondence, emails, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain confidential records, reports, and business documents.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of key business priorities.

Preferred Profile:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
• 4–6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a Managing Director, CEO, or senior leadership.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
