Role Description The Associate Project Delivery Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune office. This role is responsible for coordinating end-to-end project delivery activities, ensuring that security assessment and consulting projects are executed on schedule, within scope, and to quality standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include tracking project plans, managing dependencies, supporting expediting of deliverables, and aligning internal teams such as research, testing, logistics, and client engagement. The individual will work closely with senior project managers to monitor progress, conduct inspections of project outputs, and escalate risks or delays as needed. The role also involves preparing status reports, maintaining documentation, and supporting continuous improvement in delivery processes to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess expediting-related skills, including experience as an Expeditor and hands-on Expediting to ensure timely delivery of multiple project milestones.
  • Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and track multiple engagements and manage stakeholders effectively.
  • Candidates should possess in-depth inspection skills to validate deliverables required documentation against defined quality, compliance, and technical standards.
  • Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to coordinate resources, schedules, and operational requirements for on-site and remote project activities.
  • Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in engineering, information technology, management, or a related field are beneficial.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills, with proficiency in project tracking tools and MS Office or equivalent suites.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams and interact with clients professionally.
