Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Mumbai. The Project Manager will oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution for construction and infrastructure projects, ensuring scope, budget, and timelines are met. Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, managing contractors and vendors, monitoring site activities, and ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards. The role involves tracking project progress, preparing reports, addressing risks and issues, and supporting decision-making with accurate data and documentation. The Project Manager will also collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders, facilitate inspections, and drive continuous improvement across project processes.
Qualifications

• Strong project management skills, including Project Management, planning, coordination, and stakeholder management.
• Experience in Expeditor and Expediting activities to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Competence in Inspection and quality control processes for construction and infrastructure projects.
• Logistics Management skills for handling material movement, supply chain coordination, and site support.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing EPC or large construction projects, preferably in residential, commercial, or infrastructure domains.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, quality standards, and relevant building codes.
• Proficiency with project management tools and MS Office; familiarity with ERP or construction management software is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site.
