Key Account Manager

Company Description:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented key Account Manager Professional with relevant 8 -10 years of experience in the Diesel Engine and associated industrial solutions segment. The candidate will be responsible for driving business development, managing key accounts, developing new customers, and achieving sales targets across OEM, Automotive, Mining, Infrastructure, Rail, Defense and Heavy Machinery segments.

Qualification:

BTech / BE / Diploma ( Mechanical/Electrical/Automobile)

Key Responsibility Areas:

• Extensive field coverage and occasional cold calling to improve sales.
• Address overall assigned market/territories on developing the business prospects.
• Generate prospects Diesel engine as prime power and associated BOP from various OEM’s.
• Initiate technical workshop in the present key accounts and actively manage existing relationships.
• Create more funnel on the repowering business
• Continuous engagement of the prospects and follow up on the closure of order.
• Relationship Management: Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts.
• Coordinates the involvement of relevant company personnel to support customer timely expectation.
• Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
• Close Monitoring of Competition activities at regular intervals and meeting Key & Potential Customers on regular basis and maintaining track of their projects requirements & providing solution from our product range.
• Identifying & maintaining track of new projects and markets, Maintain relation with KAM customers and potential customers.
• Collect receivables within timelines and ensure collection of all post sale documents (TDS, BG, etc)
