About the Role

We’re looking for a curious and driven HRBP Management Trainee to kickstart their HR journey. You’ll work closely with business teams and HR leaders, gaining hands-on exposure across recruitment, employee experience, and core HR operations.


What You’ll Do

  • Drive recruitment activities: sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and close roles efficiently
  • Support onboarding and create a great first-day experience for new hires
  • Maintain HR data and trackers, and generate basic insights
  • Contribute to engagement initiatives and HR projects
  • Act as a go-to support for day-to-day employee queries


What We’re Looking For

  • MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Interest in recruitment and people-centric roles
  • Organized, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Working knowledge of MS Office
