Salesforce Administrator

About Position:

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Administrator with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Administration and a strong understanding of Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, configuring, and optimizing the Salesforce platform to support business processes, improve user adoption, and enhance operational efficiency.

What You'll Do:

• As a Salesforce Administrator, you will manage and enhance the Salesforce platform, ensuring it effectively supports business requirements and delivers a seamless user experience.
• Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, profiles, roles, and permission sets.
• Administer and support Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud functionalities.
• Build and manage reports, dashboards, workflows, validation rules, and automation using Flow.
• Handle user management, access controls, and data security requirements.
• Perform data management activities including data imports, exports, deduplication, and data quality checks.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide end-user support and training.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to drive platform improvements.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• We're looking for a Salesforce professional with strong platform administration expertise and the ability to support business teams through configuration, optimization, and governance of Salesforce solutions.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Administration.
• Strong experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
• Expertise in Salesforce configuration including workflows, flows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.
• Experience with user administration, security models, profiles, roles, and permission sets.
• Knowledge of data management, data migration, and data quality best practices.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification is preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
