Role Overview: 

The role involves engaging with prospective students and researchers to understand their academic needs and guiding them through appropriate pathways related to admissions and research support. The position requires strong communication skills, coordination abilities, and a student-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Assist students in understanding admission processes for UG, PG, and PhD programs

• Guide candidates on application procedures, documentation, and university selection

• Provide academic-level information related to thesis development and research publication processes

• Coordinate with internal academic and operational teams to ensure smooth execution

• Maintain regular follow-ups and professional communication with students and researchers

• Update and manage records through CRM systems for tracking and reporting

• Contribute to organizational goals through structured engagement and support
