Role Overview

As an Academic Counsellor, you will guide graduates and working professionals in selecting the right certification and career-development programs based on their education, experience and professional goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective learners on suitable career and certification programs
• Understand learner profiles and recommend appropriate training pathways
• Manage inbound and outbound enquiries
• Follow up with prospective learners and support them through the enrolment process
• Build professional and long-term relationships with learners
• Achieve monthly enrolment targets
• Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand career goals and provide structured guidance
• Consultative sales and counselling approach
• Self-motivated, organised and target-focused
• Basic knowledge of professional certification or IT training domains is preferred
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills may also apply
