Role: PCB Design Engineer (Full-Time | On-Site – Pune / Pimpri-Chinchwad)

This role offers a high-impact opportunity to work on complex, multilayer, high-speed, and mixed-signal PCB designs used in advanced embedded systems. As a PCB Design Engineer, you will:

• Architect and design complex multilayer PCBs from concept to manufacturing
• Work on high-speed, analog, digital, RF, and FPGA-based systems
• Implement signal integrity–focused board layouts
• Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and mechanical teams
• Drive designs through EMI/EMC compliance and production readiness
• Solve real-world engineering challenges in medical and automation domains

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong Circuit Design and PCB Layout expertise
• Experience in Analog, Digital, and High-Speed design
• Solid Electrical Engineering fundamentals
• Proficiency in tools such as Altium, PADs, etc.
• Good understanding of EMI/EMC design practices
• Experience in multilayer complex PCBs (memory interfaces like DDR preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced engineering environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 1+ years of hands-on PCB design experience (mandatory)
