Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead and manage digital marketing projects end-to-end. The role requires strong leadership, strategic understanding, and hands-on experience across multiple digital marketing platforms. 

What you’ll do:

• 4+ years experience in a digital marketing agency
• Strong knowledge of digital strategies, performance marketing, social media & SEOManage projects across digital marketing campaigns from planning to execution
• Coordinate with content, design, video, performance, and client teams
• Handle day-to-day communication with clients and internal stakeholders
• Oversee content creation processes and ensure timely delivery
• Plan, coordinate, and manage shoots, including shoot direction and on-ground execution
• Ensure all deliverables align with the brand strategy and campaign goals
• Track timelines, manage priorities, and resolve bottlenecks proactively

What we’re looking for:

• Prior experience working in a digital marketing agency
• Strong knowledge of content creation, formats, and social media workflows
• Hands-on understanding of shoot direction, content planning, and execution
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment

Bonus if you:

• Understand content performance, engagement metrics, and campaign reporting
• Can suggest improvements, ideas, and optimizations beyond execution
• Have experience managing creators, influencers, or production teams
