Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to join our System Integrator team. The role involves driving sales for IT Infrastructure solutions including Cybersecurity, Servers, Storage, and Mid-Market enterprise solutions. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end sales cycles, client relationship management, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales for IT Infrastructure solutions including Cybersecurity, Servers, Storage, and Network solutions

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the mid-market segment

Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, OEMs, and partners

Understand customer requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions

Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams for solution design and proposals

Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals

Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs

Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reporting

Key Requirements:

2–10 years of experience in IT sales / System Integrator / IT solutions selling

Strong understanding of Cybersecurity, Servers, Storage, and IT Infrastructure solutions

Experience in handling mid-market, enterprise clients or BFSI

Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Proven track record of achieving sales targets

Ability to work independently and in a team environment
