Job Overview

HonorVet Technologies is looking for a detail-oriented Finance & Accounting professional with experience in billing, financial reporting, customer collections, account analysis, and auditing. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with QuickBooks and a strong understanding of accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable activities.
• Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Prepare and review financial reports and account reconciliations.
• Analyze financial data and identify discrepancies.
• Assist with auditing and reviewing various accounts.
• Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks.
• Support month-end closing and other accounting activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and customers regarding billing and payment-related queries.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant finance/accounting experience.
• Hands-on QuickBooks experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of billing, collections, financial reporting, and account analysis.
• Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
