What you'll own
● Incumbent translates H2LooP's AI capabilities into concrete value for hardware engineers, system architects, and programme managers working on radar, EW, NCW, and embedded defence platforms. You bridge the gap between customer pain — slow RTL-to-software cycles, outdated toolchains, verification bottlenecks — and H2LooP's AI-assisted engineering products.
● Owns the technical pre-sales motion for defence and aerospace accounts.
● Bridges the gap between customer pain — slow RTL-to-software cycles, outdated toolchains, verification bottlenecks — and H2LooP's AI-assisted engineering products.
Required experience
● Min 5 years in defence or aerospace experience and overall 8 years years of experience; hands-on engineering background mandatory.
● Mix of FPGA design and programming, RF systems engineering, Embedded systems & tool chain ● Full-stack HW/SW integration: able to read schematics, write firmware, and debug at the hardware-software boundary.
● Track record of customer-facing technical roles — pre-sales, application engineering, or systems integration with DRDO/PSU/OEM programmes.
