Guest Relationship Executive (Front Office / Reception)

We are an OSHO Meditation Centre near Dharamshala in Himachal Pradesh and we offer meditation courses throughout the year.

Role:

We are looking for a warm, professional, and customer-focused Guest Relationship Executive to join our team. If you enjoy interacting with people, creating memorable guest experiences, and ensuring smooth front office operations, we'd love to hear from you.

Experience:

2–5 years of experience in Front Office, Reception, Guest Relations, Hospitality, or Customer Service.

Salary:

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and skills).

What you'll do:

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and reception activities.
• Respond to guest inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Ensure guests have a comfortable and pleasant experience throughout their stay.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to address guest requests.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain guest records and front office documentation.
• Represent the organization with a positive attitude and excellent service.

Who we're looking for:

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in hospitality, guest relations, or front office operations.
• Excellent communication skills with fluent spoken and written English.
• A warm, polite, and approachable personality.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional while handling guest concerns.
• Well-organized, responsible, and attentive to detail.
• Comfortable using computers and basic office software.
