Role Description The Architect will work on-site in New Delhi in a full-time capacity, contributing to projects from initial concept through detailed design and construction documentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing architectural concepts, preparing drawings and 3D models, coordinating design details, and ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations. The role involves collaborating with internal teams, consultants, and contractors, participating in client meetings, and supporting project management activities such as timelines, deliverables, and quality standards. The Architect will also assist with integration of design solutions across structural, MEP, and interior disciplines to ensure cohesive project outcomes.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and technical detailing.
• Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration as they relate to architectural workflows, such as integrating design software, BIM tools, and digital collaboration platforms.
• Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, documentation control, and stakeholder communication.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and familiarity with visualization software is beneficial.
• Relevant degree in Architecture from an accredited institution and registration or eligibility for registration with appropriate professional bodies is preferred.
• Knowledge of local building codes, permitting processes, and sustainable design principles is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site studio environment.
