Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Catering Sales Specialist to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating catering business, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets through corporate, social, and event-based catering opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new catering business opportunities.
• Generate leads through corporate clients, event planners, wedding organizers, and direct outreach.
• Meet clients to understand their catering requirements and prepare customized proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and close catering deals.
• Coordinate with the operations and kitchen teams to ensure smooth execution of events.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in the CRM.
• Attend networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings to promote catering services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in catering sales, hospitality sales, or banquet sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Excellent client relationship management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Knowledge of the hospitality and catering industry is preferred.
