Job Summary:

Lead and manage crowd simulation work for animation projects, ensuring realistic crowd movement, technical quality, and timely delivery.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the crowd simulation team and manage daily production requirements.
  • Create and supervise complex crowd simulations and behaviors.
  • Review shots and provide technical and artistic feedback.
  • Work closely with Animation, Layout, Rigging, FX, and Lighting teams.
  • Optimize simulations for quality and performance.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure shots meet project standards.
  • Coordinate with Supervisors and Directors to implement feedback.
  • Maintain production schedules and ensure timely delivery.


Required Skills:

  • Strong experience with Houdini, Maya
  • Excellent understanding of crowd simulation, animation, and procedural workflows.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle complex crowd sequences and production deadlines.


Experience: 5+ years in Crowd Simulation/Animation, with lead or supervisory experience preferred.
