About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced Core Technical L3 Engineer – Windows Server Administration with strong hands-on expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, Virtualization and enterprise infrastructure troubleshooting.
This is a strictly L3-level technical position. The candidate will be responsible for handling complex infrastructure issues, advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis within a critical enterprise environment.
Important: L2 and L2+ profiles will NOT be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L3-level administration and troubleshooting for Windows Server environments.
- Administer and troubleshoot Active Directory services.
- Diagnose and resolve complex server, OS, virtualization and infrastructure incidents.
- Perform root-cause analysis (RCA) for critical technical issues.
- Troubleshoot VM and host-level issues across enterprise virtualization platforms.
- Troubleshoot server hardware and infrastructure components.
- Provide basic support for backup and storage environments.
- Work with basic cloud infrastructure and Linux environments as required.
- Handle escalated and critical infrastructure incidents through resolution.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams and vendors on complex issues.
- Maintain technical documentation and follow operational procedures.
Mandatory Skills
- 11–20 years of IT Infrastructure / Windows Server experience.
- Strong hands-on Windows Server Administration.
- Strong Active Directory administration and troubleshooting.
- Proven L3-level troubleshooting and problem-solving experience.
- Hands-on Virtualization experience.
- Good understanding of Server Hardware.
- Basic knowledge of Backup and Storage.
- Basic exposure to Cloud technologies.
- Basic knowledge of Linux.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-handling skills.
