Job Description -

1. Expertise in Windows Server administration
2. Expertise on VSphere, VMware ESXi 6.0 and later

• Good Communication and awareness of ITIL best practices
• Manage and review VMware ESXi hosts and VMs in the environment
• Troubleshoot issues in the ESXI hosts and perform hardware troubleshooting if required
• Engage Vendor and coordination across other teams during investigation of issues
• Plan and Perform upgrade of firmware in VMware and hardware end like Cisco, HPE if required
• Manage and review Windows servers in the environment
• Perform frequent health checks on the server and troubleshoot any issues
• Analyze System Logs (OS logs) and determine potential issues
• Ability to predict any future failures to avoid potential outages
• Basic knowledge on PowerCLI, PowerShell scripting to execute commands while troubleshooting issues
• Expertise in working on automation and service improvements which will save manual efforts and lead to client benefits.

Minimum Qualification: 15 years of full-time education
