Eminent Power Infra is looking for a motivated and organized Admin Executive to join our team at Dhayari, Pune.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Tender Management: Filling and submitting online tenders through SRM / E-Tendering platforms.
• Documentation: Maintaining files, records, correspondence, and other office documents systematically.
• Bookkeeping: Handling basic accounting activities and maintaining daily records.
• Software & System Management: Managing office software, systems, and routine updates.
• Staff Management: Coordinating with staff and handling day-to-day office operations.
• Supporting general administrative activities and ensuring smooth office functioning.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office – Word & Excel.
• Strong basic computer skills.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage documentation and multiple tasks efficiently.
• Candidates residing near Dhayari, Pune or willing to commute will be preferred.
