About Position:

We are seeking an experienced MS Dynamics CRM Functional Architect (Business Analyst) with 10+ years of experience in analyzing business requirements, designing CRM solutions, and driving digital transformation initiatives using Microsoft Dynamics 365. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring successful implementation and optimization of Dynamics CRM solutions across Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service modules. This role requires strong expertise in business process analysis, solution architecture, requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and end-to-end CRM lifecycle management to deliver scalable and business-aligned solutions.

What You'll Do:

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic thinker for the role of Business Analyst.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing our business needs, identifying areas for improvement, and bridging the gap between business and IT.
• This role involves understanding business processes, gathering requirements, and translating them into technical specifications for IT solutions.
• The Business Analyst will also monitor and evaluate business systems to ensure they meet business objectives and user needs.
• Responsibilities Analyze business processes and requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop strategies for enhancing business operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Use Microsoft Dynamics and CRM D365 CE OOTB, Configuration to streamline business processes and improve user experience.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management, stakeholders, and team members.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• The candidate must have a strong understanding of business analysis principles, processes, and techniques.
• They should be able to develop and monitor data quality metrics and ensure business data and reporting needs are met.
• Microsoft Dynamics: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics is essential. The candidate should be able to leverage this tool to streamline business processes and improve user experience. CRM D365 CE OOTB, Configuration:
• The candidate should have hands-on experience with CRM D365 CE OOTB and Configuration.
• They should be able to manage and customize the CRM platform according to the business needs.
• Any Graduation.
