Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Manufacturing, Cost Management and Inventory Management. The consultant will lead/support end-to-end implementations, rollouts and production support while working closely with Finance, Procurement, Order Management and Quality teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead/support end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud Manufacturing, Cost Management and Inventory implementations.
  • Work on Discrete/Process Manufacturing functional processes.
  • Handle costing methods including Standard, Actual, FIFO/Average costing.
  • Manage cost rollups, WIP accounting and variance analysis.
  • Support design through go-live/hypercare activities.
  • Design and support integration between Oracle Fusion and MES/shop-floor systems.
  • Work with MES processes such as:
  • Work order dispatch
  • Operation transactions
  • Material consumption
  • Resource/machine data
  • Quality results
  • Real-time work order status
  • Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Order Management and Quality teams.
  • Support month-end/period-close activities related to costing and inventory valuation.
  • Prepare functional documentation and coordinate with stakeholders.
  • Work effectively in onsite-offshore delivery models.


Mandatory Skills

  • 8–10 years of relevant SCM/ERP experience, with strong Oracle Fusion Cloud exposure.
  • Strong hands-on functional experience in:
  • Oracle Fusion Manufacturing
  • Oracle Fusion Cost Management / Cost Accounting
  • Oracle Fusion Inventory Management
  • Experience with 1–2 full-lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.
  • Strong understanding of costing, cost rollups, WIP accounting and variance analysis.
  • Hands-on/functional exposure to MES and shop-floor integrations.
  • Understanding of Oracle Fusion integration with MES/shop-floor platforms.
  • Exposure to OIC, FBDI, REST/SOAP APIs, BI Publisher and OTBI.
  • Strong stakeholder communication and analytical skills.
