About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SCM Consultant with 8+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management (SCM). The ideal candidate must have a Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices, Biotechnology, or Life Sciences industry background and hands-on experience implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion SCM solutions across procurement, inventory, manufacturing, and supply chain operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Oracle Fusion SCM implementations.
  • Configure and support Oracle Fusion SCM modules, including:
  • Procurement
  • Supplier Management
  • Inventory Management
  • Product Information Management (PIM)
  • Order Management
  • Manufacturing
  • Lead solution design workshops, CRP/UAT sessions, and production deployments.
  • Optimize supply chain processes while ensuring compliance with Healthcare/Life Sciences business requirements.
  • Work closely with technical teams on integrations, reporting, and data migration activities.
  • Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, user documentation, and training materials.
  • Provide post-go-live support and drive continuous process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and Finance.


Mandatory Skills

  • 8+ years of Oracle SCM functional consulting experience.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion SCM modules:
  • Procurement
  • Supplier Management
  • Inventory Management
  • Product Information Management (PIM)
  • Order Management
  • Manufacturing
  • Minimum of 2 end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM implementation projects.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes.
  • Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and production support.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
