HIRING for client | SALES MANAGER – MOTOR TESTING & AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY

📍 Location: Bangalore

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager / Business Development Manager with strong expertise in Motor Testing and the Automotive Industry to drive sales growth and business development across India.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales & business development plans
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, capital sales, negotiations & closing
  • Build strong relationships with automotive and industrial customers
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
  • Identify new markets, customers, and business opportunities
  • Manage sales budgets, action plans, P&L, and profitability
  • Support marketing activities, exhibitions, and customer engagement

✅ MUST HAVE – Mandatory

  • 5+ years of Sales Management experience in Engineering / Industrial sector
  • Mandatory experience in Motor Testing / Motor Test Systems
  • Mandatory Automotive Industry experience
  • Proven experience in Capital Sales / Technical Sales
  • Strong network within Automotive & Industrial markets in India
  • Experience with a foreign-owned / multinational industrial company
  • Strong leadership, negotiation & business development skills
  • Proven P&L management experience
  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
  • Willingness to travel extensively across India, with periodic travel to Switzerland & USA
