Black Box Network Services India Pvt Ltd. is looking for a talented and experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic IT team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in implementing, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow modules across our enterprise. With a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, you will bring expertise in ServiceNow configuration, 3rd party integrations, and a solid understanding of ITSM and ITIL principles. Your strong technical skills and excellent communication abilities will be key to driving our ServiceNow initiatives forward.
Responsibilities
  • Implement and configure ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CSM, FSM, and ITBM, to meet business requirements.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with other applications and systems using JavaScript, SOAP, REST, and SSO-SAML.
  • Develop and customize ServiceNow using UI Pages, UI Macro, CSS, HTML, and Jelly.
  • Utilize ServiceNow APIs and client/server-side JavaScript for efficient development and integration.
  • Create and maintain business rules, script includes, UI actions, and flow designer elements.
  • Manage scheduled jobs and client scripts to automate processes and enhance system efficiency.
  • Drive continuous improvement of our ServiceNow implementation methodology and service offerings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to extend ServiceNow to different departments and geographies.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow-related issues and queries.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of total work experience, with 3-8 years of relevant ServiceNow experience.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, especially ITSM/CSM/FSM/ITBM.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow configuration, 3rd party integrations, and API usage.
  • Experience with JavaScript, AJAX, SOAP, REST, and SSO-SAML integration.
  • Familiarity with UI development using CSS, HTML, Jelly, and UI Macro.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Experience with relational databases (MySQL, Oracle) is preferred.
  • Understanding of ITIL and ITSM principles is essential.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
