💼 Experience: 5+ Years

🔹 Role Overview:

The Senior Technical Consultant will be responsible for designing, configuring, developing, integrating, and implementing ServiceNow solutions. The role involves working directly with customers, leading technical delivery, conducting functional design workshops, and supporting successful end-to-end solution implementation.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on ServiceNow experience, excellent knowledge of ITSM/ITIL processes, scripting, integrations, and enterprise technologies, along with the ability to lead small technical or cross-functional teams.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with customers to understand, analyze, and translate business requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions

• Lead and facilitate functional and technical design workshops

• Create detailed solution and design specifications based on out-of-the-box ServiceNow capabilities and customer requirements

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery including solution design, configuration, development, testing, deployment, and implementation

• Design and develop ServiceNow customizations using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, AJAX, and related technologies

• Develop and manage integrations using Web Services, SOAP, Email, MID Server, plugins, and other integration mechanisms

• Apply strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL processes, metrics, and KPIs

• Provide technical leadership and direction to small technical or cross-functional teams

• Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Technical Architecture teams on client presentations, workshops, solution discussions, and technical proposals

• Analyze complex technical/business challenges and develop creative, scalable solutions

• Prepare clear and structured technical, functional, and customer-facing documentation

• Work with customers and internal teams throughout the implementation lifecycle to ensure successful delivery.

• ServiceNow ITSM

• ITIL

• IT Asset Management (ITAM)

• Integrated Risk Management (IRM)

• IT Operations Management (ITOM)

• CMDB

• Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)

🔹 Additional Technology Exposure

Experience with the following technologies/platforms will be an advantage:

• HP Service Manager

• BMC Remedy

• SaaS Solutions

• HTML / CSS

• XML

• JavaScript / AJAX

• Web Services / SOAP

• Email Integrations

• MID Server

• LDAP

• VPN

• SSL

• Enterprise infrastructure technologies

🎓 Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related discipline.

🔹 Must-Have Skills:

✅ Strong hands-on ServiceNow development and implementation experience

✅ Strong understanding of ITSM / ITIL processes, metrics, and KPIs

✅ Hands-on experience with JavaScript/AJAX, HTML, CSS, and XML

✅ Experience developing ServiceNow integrations using Web Services, SOAP, Email, MID Server, and plugins

✅ Good understanding of enterprise technologies such as LDAP, VPN, SSL, and infrastructure concepts

✅ Experience in technical leadership / guiding small teams

✅ Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and customer-facing skills

✅ Ability to create high-quality technical and customer-facing documentation

🔹 Preferred ServiceNow Product Expertise:

Experience in 3 or more of the following ServiceNow product lines is preferred:

• HRSD – HR Service Delivery

• ITAM – IT Asset Management

• ITOM – IT Operations Management

• ITSM – IT Service Management

• AI – Now Assist, AI Agent & Agentic Workflow

• AI Control Tower
