Role Description The Maths/LR Faculty role at Bulls Eye Classes is a full-time, on-site position based in Nagpur. The faculty member will teach Mathematics and Logical Reasoning to students preparing for competitive exams and academic assessments, delivering clear, engaging classroom sessions and doubt-solving discussions. Daily responsibilities include planning lessons, designing practice questions, creating and updating study materials, and assessing student performance through tests and assignments. The role also involves providing academic guidance, tracking individual progress, and collaborating with the academic team to refine curriculum and teaching methods.

Qualifications

• Good foundation in Mathematics, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and logically.
• Competence in related quantitative domains, beneficial for integrated problem-solving and exam preparation.
• Experience in Curriculum Development, including structuring course content, assignments, and practice tests for competitive exams.
• Strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to motivate and support learners with diverse learning styles.
• Comfort with using basic educational technology and tools for test creation, performance tracking, and content management.
