About the Role

Architecture & Design school is seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Director – Corporate Resource Center (CRC) to strengthen our placement and industry engagement efforts. The CRC plays a vital role in shaping student careers through internships, projects, and final placements while building strong connections with the corporate world.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong relationships with corporate partners to enhance student placement opportunities.
• Establish and strengthen partnerships with leading corporates, MNCs, and reputed organizations.
• Identify and engage new recruiters to expand the placement network across industries.
• Identify, invite, and coordinate recruiters for campus placements and internship opportunities.
• Collaborate with faculty to align placement activities with students’ academic background and career aspirations.
• Guide and mentor students in interview preparation, resume building, and industry interactions.
• Plan and execute industry-focused initiatives such as career fairs, workshops, recruitment drives, and guest lectures.

Qualifications and Requirements.

• Master’s degree in a technical field or related; specialization in architecture & design preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in corporate relations, career services, or recruitment.
• Candidates with prior experience from universities or from industry roles involving B2B relationship development will be strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of corporate hiring processes and industry trends.
• Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and event management capabilities.
