Manager – Strategy & Ops to drive strategic planning, commercial evaluation, sales & marketing readiness, systems, and performance initiatives across real estate projects.

Location: Nanakramguda, Hyderabad

Experience: 0–5 Years

Preferred: MBA – Sales & Marketing

Must Have: Experience/exposure in Strategy & Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • New Land Evaluation: Market demand, competitor benchmarking, product-market fit and revenue potential assessment.
  • Masterplan & Design Evaluation: Evaluate layouts, density, amenities and project design from a sales and buyer perspective.
  • Pricing & Inventory Strategy: Develop pricing matrices, inventory release strategies and payment plan structures.
  • Sales & Marketing Readiness: Drive GTM planning, campaign schedules, channel partner readiness and CRM integration for new launches.
  • Revenue & Commercial Planning: Develop GTM strategies, sales forecasts, channel mix, incentive structures and capacity plans.
  • Marketing Operations: Manage agencies/vendors, marketing budgets, CAC/CPL performance and campaign optimization.
  • Sales Operations & Systems: Strengthen CRM governance, lead routing, SOPs and channel partner processes.
  • Sales Enablement: Develop sales kits, competitive intelligence, objection-handling resources and support team training.
  • Analytics & Insights: Track sales funnels, conversion performance, competitor intelligence and post-campaign insights.

Someone who can think strategically, understand the commercial side of real estate, work across Sales & Marketing, and translate market insights into actionable business decisions.
