Destination Head( UK and Aus)-Overseas Education

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Develop and execute business plans for the UK and Australia destinations.
• Drive student recruitment, enrollments, and revenue growth.
• Identify new market opportunities and expansion strategies.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and policy changes.

Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of counselors, admissions officers, and visa executives.
• Set performance KPIs and monitor team productivity.
• Conduct regular training and development sessions.
• Build a high-performance culture focused on conversions and student satisfaction.

Student Recruitment & Admissions

• Oversee the complete student lifecycle from inquiry to enrollment.
• Guide teams on university selection, applications, scholarships, and admissions.
• Ensure excellent counseling standards and customer experience.
• Manage high-value and complex student cases.

University & Partner Relationship Management

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with UK and Australian universities.
• Negotiate partnership agreements and recruitment opportunities.
• Coordinate with university representatives for recruitment campaigns, events, and training.
• Represent the organization at education fairs, seminars, and networking events.

Visa & Compliance Management

• Ensure high visa approval and conversion rates.
• Stay updated on immigration policies, visa regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Guide teams on documentation, SOPs, financials, and interview preparation.
• Minimize application errors and compliance risks.

Performance & Reporting

• Monitor lead generation, application volumes, conversion ratios, and revenue.
• Analyze business performance and prepare management reports.
• Track KPIs and implement corrective measures where required.
• Ensure effective CRM utilization and data management.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience

• 10–15 years of experience in Overseas Education / Study Abroad Consulting.
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership role managing UK and Australia destinations.
• Proven track record of achieving enrollment and revenue targets.

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of UK & Australia admissions and visa processes.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Business development and revenue management expertise.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Analytical and data-driven decision-making ability.
• CRM and operational management proficiency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Salary--15.00 to 18.00 Lacs PA
