About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Consultant with a strong background in Oracle Fusion Financials and prior experience working with Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Medical Devices, CRO, or Life Sciences organizations. The consultant will support finance transformation initiatives, data migration, and Oracle Fusion Financials implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support Oracle Fusion Financials modules.
• Lead functional workshops and gather business requirements.
• Execute end-to-end data migration activities, including data mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
• Configure and support:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Fixed Assets (FA)
• Support finance processes including Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Order-to-Cash (O2C).
• Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reports, and data conversion.
• Provide post-go-live support and resolve production issues.
• Ensure finance processes comply with healthcare and life sciences business requirements and regulatory expectations.

Mandatory Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as an Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant.
• Must have worked with Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Medical Device, CRO, or Life Sciences organizations.
• Strong hands-on experience in:
• Data Migration
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Fixed Assets (FA)
• Experience in at least one Oracle Fusion Financials implementation or support project.
• Strong understanding of finance business processes and accounting principles.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
