Product Designer

About the Role

We're hiring a Product Designer who can think beyond the screen, someone who understands users, business goals, and how design fits the bigger picture. You'll own projects end-to-end, from understanding the problem to shipping polished designs, working closely with product and engineering teams and clients.

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end product design - from ideation to delivering final prototypes.
• Design with the user, business, and usability in mind - not just visuals.
• Approach design at the system level, understanding how one decision ripples across other screens and flows, not just the one you're working on.
• Work closely with founders, product managers, engineers, and AI teams to bring ideas to life quickly.
• Design screens that are visually polished and communicate clearly.
• Make heavy use of AI tools such as Claude Design, Replit, Google Stitch etc for research, ideation, and to actually generate final designs to explore faster and ship early.
• Build and maintain reusable components and design systems.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of product design experience.
• Experience designing for both web and mobile applications.
• Strong product thinking, not just visual design.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams and engage with clients professionally.
• Strong Figma skills and hands-on experience with AI design tools.
• A portfolio showing real, end-to-end product work.
